We’ve been offering yoga retreats for many years, and they always take place in beautiful and relaxing natural settings.
It is easier there to concentrate on your body and spirit. The relaxed atmosphere with the other participants creates stimulating dynamics.
Asanas and pranayama are taught for 4-5 hours over the day, and in between sessions the delicious vegetarian fare adds additional highlights to our days.
